Estimado Padre Juan Rivas, L.C.:

Han pasado aproximadamente dos meses desde que pedí a Hombre Nuevo me regresara mis $50,000 que fueron entregados específicamente para la construcción de la capilla de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe hace dos años y medio.

Finalmente, su personal, se ofreció a regresar mi dinero en plan de pagos después de enterarse que he mandado copias de las cartas enviadas a usted al Cardenal Mahony y Arzobispo Zavala. Su plan de pago consiste en mandarme mi dinero de poco en poco cada dos meses, comenzando al final de Agosto 2009 hasta el final de Abril 2010. Esto NO es aceptable. Prefiero remodelar una capilla para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe en algún otro lado. Es por eso, pido que mi dinero sea devuelto en total inmediatamente.

Quisiera notificarle de una de las mentiras de Hombre Nuevo. Sus palabras exactas fueron ”Al tiempo que esta donación fue solicitada, Hombre Nuevo a recibido la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe para custodiarla. A finales del 2006, hubo un malentendido que se nos entregaría la imagen permanentemente. El plan de construir una capilla permanente era adecuada. Es cuando el Padre Juan Rivas, L.C. solicito donaciones y yo generosamente apoye este proyecto….Diciembre pasado fuimos informados que de hecho la imagen no sería retenida por Hombre Nuevo permanentemente, es por eso que invertir en una capilla en ese momento sería irresponsable.” Su mentira fue: En la junta con el presidente de Hombre Nuevo Francisco Fernández y su personal en Mayo 2009, cuando pedí que se me regresara mi dinero que done para la construcción de la capilla hace 2 años y medio, se sorprendieron y dijeron no tener conocimiento de que me mi donación fue específicamente para la construcción de la nueva capilla. Uno de sus miembros, Johannes Habsburg, después durante la junta comento, recordar que usted, Padre, comento brevemente sobre el deseo de construir una capilla para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, pero allí termino todo. Al concluir la junta, ellos dijeron que tendrían que comentar esto con usted, Padre, ya que ellos no tenían conocimiento que mi donación era específicamente para la construcción de la capilla de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.

Quisiera recordarle de otra mentira de Hombre Nuevo. Rafael Orozco, business manager, de Hombre Nuevo me mintió en esa misma junta de Mayo del 2009. El dijo que todo mi dinero fue invertido en la capilla que ya existe. Estoy segura que esto es una mentira. Obviamente, el resto del personal incluyendo al presidente de Hombre Nuevo, Francisco Fernández, coincidieron con esa mentira que ya habían planeado para no devolverme mi dinero. Ellos no tienen ninguna intención en devolverme mi dinero nunca. Me tomaron por tonta. Por favor, dígale a su personal que no insulte mi inteligencia. Han mentido tanto que no se recuerdan de sus propias mentiras. Se han contradecido ellos mismos.

Una organización que trabaja para Dios me hubiera devuelto mi dinero hace dos años y medio y no hubieran esperado a que yo pidiera mi dinero. También, una organización que trabaja para Dios hubiera pedido permiso a la Arquidiócesis para construir una capilla para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Mas sin embargo, han dejado que su imagen este en un cuarto no digno para ella por los últimos dos años y medio. Le voy a describir la condición del lugar de Hombre Nuevo donde reside la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, del cual usted y su personal están bien enterados. El cuarto está sucio. El piso está sucio. Las ventanas están sucias, las persianas están llenas de polvo. Hay sillas amontonadas en una esquina del cuarto. Al terminar las juntas de Hombre Nuevo, las mesas y sillas están regadas por todo el salón. La luz del techo cerca de la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe esta parpadeando desde el año pasado y sigue igual. Los voluntarios y yo hemos limpiado los pisos y el salón cada vez que hemos traído flores frescas para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Las paredes, finalmente, fueron pintadas por un grupo de voluntarios. En pocas palabras, el salón donde algún día estuvo la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe fue indigno e irrespetuoso por dos años y medio. El salón es un “ BASURERO”. Hombre Nuevo está haciendo tanto dinero, y aun así no pueden invertir dinero para mejorar el lugar donde está. Su organización tampoco quiso invertir dinero para contratar a alguien para limpiar el piso. La manera en que usted y su personal han tratado a la Madre de Dios es inexplicable. Como llamaría usted eso- respeto, amor, veneracion hacia la Madre de Dios?

Quisiera notificarle de los vendedores que participaron en el evento de Hombre Nuevo este año en Febrero del 2009. Fue un evento de aproximadamente 11 horas. Estuvieron haciendo masajes (varias partes del cuerpo). La gente estaba recostada sobre una camilla cubriéndose con una sábana blanca de pecho a pies. Dejando los hombros y axilas descubiertos. Todo esto se llevo a cabo durante todo el día, incluyendo la hora de Adoración de la Santa Eucaristía y durante la Misa. Francisco Fernández, presidente de Hombre Nuevo, estaba parado cerca de las mesas de masa je, cuando se estaba celebrando la Misa, y durante la Bendición con el Santísimo; Francisco nunca se acerco para parar a esos venderos, y decirles que tenían que parar de hacer lo que estaban haciendo porque estaban oficiando Misa y el Santísimo estaba expuesto. Porque lo único que les importa es el dinero.  Mientras la gente esperaba para recibir la comunión, los vendedores entregaban boletas para los masajes. Esto fue horrible e irrespetuoso. No podía creer lo que miraba. Hubiera querido que detuvieran todo esto que estaba pasando. También estuvieron vendiendo productos de maquillaje, joyas, zapatos, sartenes, ollas, y Faja que ayudan a la gente para verse delgadas. La vendedora de este producto era una mujer que estaba vestida de una manera muy provocativa y se veía como mujer stripper para estar en este lugar. Y también publicidad de bienes raíces, etc. Todo esto pasaba durante todo el evento que duro 11 horas. Y usted Padre estaba enterado de todo esto. Su personal, específicamente, el presidente de Hombre Nuevo, Francisco Fernández, no solo estaba enterado de lo que pasaba pero permitió que continuaran estos vendedores que solo buscan su dinero. Todos ustedes están HAMBRIENTOS DE DINERO - pidiendo más y más y más dinero. No importa cuánto dinero Hombre Nuevo haga, nunca es suficiente para ellos. Otra vez, como llamaría usted a esto ? trabajando para Dios o para la madre de Dios?

Usted sabe de todas las cosas malvadas que su personal está haciendo. Pero, aun así usted aprueba todas sus maldades. PORQUE, Padre?

Sus acciones y la de su personal dicen más que sus palabras!

La razón por la cual continúe patrocinando a Hombre Nuevo durante los últimos dos años y medio donando bastante dinero para todos sus eventos, poniéndole flores hermosas a la Madre de Dios y a Dios, SABIENDO QUE SU ORGANIZACION ESTAN HACIENDO INNUMERABLE ACCIONES MALVADAS.  Lo hice por la Madre de Dios y Dios para ayudar a las pobres almas hacia Dios, aunque mientras tanto también ayudaba a Hombre Nuevo hacerse una organización malvada haciendo más y más dinero. El dinero no significa nada para mí. Si necesito dinero para vivir, pero más importante necesito mi dinero para hacer cosas por la Madre de Dios y Dios y las pobres almas. Yo trabajo extremadamente fuerte para ganar mi dinero para Dios. El dinero que yo hago es dinero honesto. Si yo amara el dinero tanto, yo me hubiera quedado con mi dinero para mi sola. Yo no hubiera ayudado a su organización y no ayudara a nadie. Yo no hubiera apoyado todos los eventos de Hombre Nuevo por los últimos dos años y medio sabiendo que es una organización mal habida. Al contrario de Hombre Nuevo, yo no alabo al dios falso, que es el dinero. Yo alabo y trabajo para el único Dios verdadero.

DIOS FUE EL QUE ME DIO LA ORDEN PARA EXPONER SU ORGANIZACION GUADALUPE RADIO-HOMBRE NUEVO MAL HABIDA. DIOS QUIERE QUE LA IMAGEN DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE GUADALUPE ESTE FUERA DE HOMBRE NUEVO PERMANENTEMENTE.  DIOS DIJO QUE HOMBRE NUEVO ESTA USANDO LA IMAGEN DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE GUADALUPE Y MI MISERICORDIA DIVINA PARA HACER DINERO QUE ES TODO LO QUE LES INTERESA. HOMBRE NUEVO NO SE INTERESA POR SALVAR A LAS POBRES ALMAS. Yo obedezco a Dios y estoy hacienda sus órdenes. Yo me entere que su organización era malvada al poco de estar con ustedes hace dos años y medio. Yo quise exponer su organización hace tiempo, pero no era el momento porque no era el tiempo de Dios todavía. AHORA ES EL TIEMPO DE DIOS.

Todos ustedes proclaman trabajar para Dios. En lo contrario, usted y su personal no trabajan para Dios y lo han demostrado con sus incontables actos maliciosos.Y eso me asusta de verdad. Engañar a la gente para ganar dinero es unacosa. PERO USAR A DIOS, PARA GANAR DINERO DE LA GENTE ES UN PECADO GRAVISIMO. Me preocupo por sus almas. Recuerden que no se llevaran el dinero con ustedes cuando mueran.Lo unico que Dios permite llevar al amorir es su alma. 

Padre, puede usted ver lo serio y el verdadero problema? En realidad  no es sobre mi dinero. SI, Hombre Nuevo me tendra que regresa mi dinero porque no les pertenece. Esta es una de las muchas maneras que Dios se manifiesta enseñandole al Respetable Vaticano y a la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles que su organización no trabaja para Dios. Hombre Nuevo está DEMOSTRANDO al Respetable Vaticano y a la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles la malicia de su organización que solo quiere  quedarse y robar  el dinero que no les pertenece.

Aunque no le debo a Hombre Nuevo absolutamente nada, Yo he patrocinado he invertido bastante dinero en todos los eventos de Hombre Nuevo por los últimos dos años y medio - Lo menos que Hombre Nuevo puede hacer es devolverme mi dinero en su totalidad en un pago. Para yo así poder ayudar a otra capilla para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Yo no les estoy preguntando que me den su dinero, Yo simplemente les pregunto qué me regresen el dinero que no les pertenece. Usted, su personal, y yo sabemos que Hombre Nuevo está capacitado para devolverme mi dinero $50,000 en un pago total. Le agradecería que por favor se hiciera cargo de que esto se haga realidad.

Dear Father Juan Rivas, L.C.:

It has been almost two months since I have requested Hombre Nuevo to return my ­­$50,000 which was given specifically for the construction of the Chapel for Our Lady of Guadalupe 2½ years ago.

Your staff finally offered me their payment plan only after knowing that I have sent copies of my letters written to you to Cardinal Mahony and Bishop Zavala.  Their plan is to return my money little by little every two months beginning at the end of August 2009 until the end of April 2010.  This is NOT acceptable.   I am going to have a Chapel elsewhere for Our Lady of Guadalupe remodeled.  Therefore, I will need the whole amount to be returned to me in one payment immediately.
I would like to tell you one of Hombre Nuevo’s lies.  Their exact quote was “At the time this donation was solicited Hombre Nuevo had received the pilgrim image of Our Lady of Guadalupe for custody.  In late 2006 there was a misunderstanding and we thought that we would be entrusted with this image permanently.  The plan to construct a permanent chapel seemed adequate.  This is why Fr. Juan Rivas, L.C. solicited the donation and you generously supported the project…..Last December we were informed that in fact the image was not to be retained by Hombre Nuevo permanently, therefore the investment in a chapel at this time would be irresponsible.”   Their lie was:   In the meeting with the president of Hombre Nuevo Francisco Fernandez and his staff in May 2009, when I asked them to give me back the money which I gave for the construction of the Chapel 2½ years ago, they acted surprised and claimed to have no knowledge of the fact that the money was given for the new Chapel.  One of his staff members Johannes Habsburg, later on in the meeting, stated that he remembered that you Father have mentioned briefly about  your desire of having the Chapel built for Our Lady and that was the end of it.   At the end of the meeting, they stated that they had to discuss this matter with you Father because they had no knowledge that the money was given for the construction of the Chapel for Our Lady.

I would like to remind you of another lie of Hombre Nuevo.  Rafael Orozco, Hombre Nuevo business manager, lied to me in that same meeting in May 2009.  He stated that all of my money was invested in the current Chapel.  I know for a fact that it was a lie.  Obviously, the rest of the staff including the president of Hombre Nuevo Francisco Fernandez went along with that lie because they all have already planned to give me that lie so that they would not have to return the money to me.  So, they have had no intention of giving me back my money ever.  They took me for a fool.  Please tell your staff not to insult my intelligence.  They lied so much that they could not keep track of their own lies.  They contradicted themselves.

An organization that is working for God would have given me back my money 2½ years ago and would not have to wait for me to ask for my money back.  Also an organization which is working for God would have asked the Archdiocese for permission to build the Chapel for Our Lady of Guadalupe but instead letting Her Image stay in an undignified room for the past 2½ years.  Let me describe for you the condition of the hall where the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe resided at Hombre Nuevo which you and your staff were fully aware of it all along.  The room is filthy.  The floor is dirty, the windows are dirty, the blinds are dusty, and a whole bunch of chairs are stacked up in one corner.  When Hombre Nuevo conferences and meetings in that room were over, the tables and chairs were all over the place.  The ceiling light close to the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe has been flickering since last year and still is.  The volunteers and I had to wipe the floor and clean the room every time I brought the fresh roses over for Our Lady of Guadalupe.  The walls in Her room were finally repainted by a group of volunteers.  In short, the room where the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe stayed at your place Hombre Nuevo was disrespectful, disgraceful, and undignified.  That hall is nothing than a “DUMP”.   Hombre Nuevo is making so much money, yet they could not even spend some money to make Her place look nice.  Your organization did not even want to spend the money to hire someone to wipe the floor in Her room. The way you have treated Mother of God and the way your staff have treated Mother of God is unspeakable.  What would you call that – respecting, loving, and worshiping Mother of God?

I would like to tell you about the vendors who participated in Hombre Nuevo event early this year Feb 2009.  It was approximately 11-hour event.  They were doing body massages (various parts of the body) with the people lying on the stretchers being covered with the white sheet from feet to upper chest leaving the shoulders and axillae (armpits) naked.  This was taking place during the whole day event including during the entire Holy Eucharistic Adoration Hour and during the entire Misa.  As a matter of fact,  the president of Hombre Nuevo Francisco Fernandez was standing close to the vendors who were giving body massages but he did not approach them to tell them to stop. When people were in line receiving the Holy Communion,  the vendors gave out their flyers advertising body massage.  It was disrespectful and disgusting.  I could not believe my eyes.  I was hoping that they would have stopped.  They were selling makeup products - lipsticks etc., jewelry, shoes, cookware - pots and pans, and Faja product which is supposed to make a person looking thin and skinny.  The promoter of that product was looking like a female stripper.  They were also advertising real estate, etc. All of these were going on during the entire 11-hour event.  And you, Father were condoning that.  Your staff especially the president of Hombre Nuevo Francisco Fernandez were not only fully aware of what was going on but allowing those vendors to be in that event purposely  because they only wanted MONEY.  All of you are so MONEY HUNGRY - wanting more and more and more.  No matter how much money Hombre Nuevo made, it would never be enough for them.   Again, what would you call this – working for God and Mother of God?

You know all of the bad things that your staff are doing and have been doing for many years.  Yet, you are condoning their countless malicious acts.  Why, Father?

Your staff’s actions and your actions speak louder than words!

The reason that I continued to help Hombre Nuevo for the past 2½ years spending tremendous amount of my money for all of Hombre Nuevo events by having beautiful roses for Mother of God and God knowing that YOUR ORGANIZATION IS DOING COUNTLESS MALICIOUS ACTS was because I was doing that for Mother of God and God and to bring God’s poor souls to God even though I knew that I was making Hombre Nuevo get richer and richer in the process.   Money means nothing to me.  Yes, I need money to live but most importantly I need money to do things for Mother of God and God and the poor souls.  I work extremely hard to earn money for God.  The money that I make is honest money.  If I loved money, I would have kept the money that I earned all to myself,  I would not have helped your organization or anybody,  I would not have sponsored all of Hombre Nuevo’s events for the past  2½ years knowing that your organization is doing many bad things.   I’ve helped your bad organization for the reasons mentioned above.  Unlike Hombre Nuevo, I do not worship the false god which is money.   I worship and work for The Only One True God

GOD was The One Who GAVE me the ORDER TO EXPOSE YOUR BAD ORGANIZATION GUADALUPE RADIO-HOMBRE NUEVO and GOD wanted the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe to be out of Hombre Nuevo permanently.   GOD said that HOMBRE NUEVO is USING THE IMAGE OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE AND my IMAGE OF THE DIVINE MERCY TO MAKE MONEY AND THAT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.   HOMBRE NUEVO DOES NOT CARE FOR THE POOR SOULS.   I am obeying God and am carrying out God’s Orders.  I’ve known that your organization is bad shortly after I’ve started helping you which was about 2½ years ago.  I wanted to expose your bad organization a long time ago, but it would have been my time not God’s Time.  Now, it is God’s Time.

All of you are claiming that you are working for God.  On the contrary, you and your staff are NOT working for God and all of you have shown that by doing countless malicious acts.  That scares the heck out of me.  Coning people to make money is one thing.  But USING GOD TO CON PEOPLE FOR MONEY IS THE GRAVIEST SIN OF ALL.  I am worried for all of your souls. Remember all of you can not take the money with you when you die.  The only thing that God allows you to take with you when you die is your own soul.

Father, can you see the real issue here?  It really is not about my money.  Yes, Hombre Nuevo has to return the money to me because it does not belong to them.It is one of God’s Many Ways of Showing the Vatican and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles how bad your organization Hombre Nuevo is among their many other malicious acts.   Hombre Nuevo is doing a pretty good job all on its own of showing the Vatican and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles how bad they are by wanting to keep the money which does not belong to them.

While owing Hombre Nuevo absolutely nothing, I have sponsored for and spent tremendous amount of my money on all of Hombre Nuevo events for the past 2½ years .  The least Hombre Nuevo can do for me is to honor my request by returning the money to me so that I can have the Chapel elsewhere for Our Lady of Guadalupe remodeled.  I am not asking you and your staff to give me your money.  I am simply asking you and your staff to give me back the money which does not belong to you.  You, your staff, and I we all know very well that Hombre Nuevo is more than capable of returning to me the whole amount $50,000 in one payment.  Would you please see to it that my wish is carried out.

THERE ARE CATHOLIC ORGANIZATIONS OUT THERE THAT ARE WORKING FOR GOD.
